Armagh desperate to end long wait for Ulster title, admits Rory Grugan
Rory Grugan is happy to bring up the elephant in the room. Armagh and Ulster. The Anglo-Celt trophy and Armagh. It’s now 16 years since they won the province with that 2008 triumph bookending a remarkable spell of dominance and a seventh Ulster title in 10 campaigns for the county.
They’ve largely been marked absent since as the county moved from feast to famine. In the 10 seasons before this campaign, their Ulster record reads played 18, won six, drawn two, lost 10.
