Coleraine midfielder Conor McKendry could be seeking a new challenge in the Irish League or in England this summer.

Glentoran have shown interest in the winger as a Bannsiders exit looks a possibility.

The Carnlough man had a spell at Ipswich Town and may consider options across the water in non-league football.

Centre-back Aidan Wilson, who has left Glentoran, is highly thought of at Larne and could have offers from his native Scotland.

Bobby Burns is considering his next move with Cliftonville among his admirers, however Glenavon and Coleraine have shown strong interest.

Shay McCartan was also among eight players released by Glentoran and he, along with winger Niall McGinn, may attract the attention of former Glens boss Rodney McAree at Dungannon Swifts.

Meanwhile, Northern Ireland international Shane Ferguson is available on a free transfer this summer after being released by Rotherham United.

The 32-year-old made just nine League appearances for the Millers this term, barely playing a part in the club’s torrid campaign that ended with relegation from the Championship.
